  • Be respectful of neighbours and noise, while in the flat as well as communal spaces (quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM).
  • Help yourself to all coffees, teas, spices and pantry items.
  • Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you are not in the property.
  • Keep the space clean and tidy.
  • Be considerate of check-in and checkout times.
  • Have fun in Edinburgh!

Please Don’t

  • Exceed your registered guest count.
  • Leave candles or incense unattended.
  • Smoke or vape.
  • Host parties or large groups.
  • Attempt to use the fireplaces.
  • Bring glitter onto the property. Seriously.
  • Commercial photography or filming.
  • Bring your furry friends.
